The Scorecard provides information about Waiver Support Coordinators currently working in the State of Florida. Floridians with developmental disabilities and their families can use this information to make decisions about which Waiver Support Coordinator may be best for them. The Scorecard will not allow you to choose or change a Waiver Support Coordinator. You will still need to contact your local APD office to do that.
The Scorecard will be updated on a regular basis and new monitoring items will be added as time goes on, so please be sure to check back for the latest information.
